One of the members of the House of Representative in Japan Mr, Manabu Horii elected from the constituency of Muroran City has skin head since he had been an athlete, ice skater, Olympian. He wore a wig and glasses to take this photo but I could not understand what he communicate to the supporters.
going across the bridge over the railway, I jogged to Itanki Beach of the city. It took about twenty minutes to reach the beach from the hotel we stayed, Dormy Inn Higashi Muroran.
The small peninsula could be seen from the beach.
Nobody was on the beach and it was very calm early in the morning.The clouds and the sun made so nice and spectacular art of the nature in the sky. After strolling around the beach and the residential area near there, i went back to the hotel.
