We had grilled skewers in Muroran City on that day. The main purpose of our drive to Muroran City on that day. Muroran City is very famous for the quality Yakitori, particularly flavored with the special sauce. I prefer the ones flavored with salt and pepper usually but I obeyed to my wife's choice.
Grilled skewered pork with onion may be peculiar in Hokkaido but I think it's now popular even in the main island of Japan "Honshu". The grilled chicken skin in the most famous Yakitori restaurant in Muroran City "Ippei" made difference from the Yakitori Retsurant Chain "Kushidori" headquartered in Sapporo.
Grilled liver flavored with the special "Ippei " sauce took us to the world of dream and energized us so much with the Vitamin B. The mustard seemed to be a little bit different from the normal ones in the market. Besides, I admire the pearson who invented "Mochi Bacon" skewer so much. They were so nice to have and inspiring.
