The minced and grilled chicken skewer was flavored with the special sauce and served with the yolk of a raw egg. Another minced and grilled chicken skewer was topped with salty and sour Japanese apricot paste and chopped leek.
To be surprised, the grilled quail eggs skewer should be eaten with the shell. The shell was so soft but crisp. It might be the first time for us to have the whole quail eggs.
The grilled pork skewers were arranged by the founder of the Yakitori restaurant "Ippei" and the fermented soy beans paste "Miso" that contained hot and spicy chili. They fit cold pints of beer to a T in summer.
