The buckwheat noodle auberge "Naritaya"in Niki Town is surrounded by the vineyard and orchard. Yoichi River is flowing on the lower side of the vineyard.
I chose the cold buckwheat noodle topped with boiled wine-pork which raised with the grapes pressed to extract the grape juice to make wine. Chopped leek was used as kind of spice. Sesame oil was added to the special sauce for the buckwheat noodle.
My wife chose cold one but it was topped with fried aubergine and grated radish with special sauce. Both of them were so nice and enough for us because we ate so delicious cheese bread and croissant baked by one of the most popular boulangeries in Hokkaido Aigues Vivesin Otaru City.
