The opposite side of the sunset seemed brighter, reflecting the sunshine from the west. The peak of Mt. Moiwa could be seen so clearly.
The southern side of the JR Tower was the plain and the horizon wide-spread to the east. New buildings were being constructed here and there in the central district of Sapporo.
Tower condominiums were also in the process to build in downtown. In case of blackout, the residents living on the higher level can not reach to their flat nor carry the water. Which floor do would you choose in such tower condominium?
