We've never been to this place in Otaru City before even though we've been living in the adjacent city Sapporo. This is the near the peak of Mt. Tengu and the hillside is used as downhill ski course.
Some groups were parking their car near my vehicle and some kids were running around the ski course. They love to run in such open space.
After having lunch on the top of Mt. Tengu, we visited Otaru Park at the foot of Mt. Tengu. Double cherry blossoms were in full flourish near the baseball ground and the gym. SO nice aroma of the blossoms were drifting around the place.
