This is the ocean-view deck of the cafe in Yachigashira residential area of Hakodate City. We were the only one couple sipping milk produced locally in the cafe for an hour but a female group opened the door of the cafe later.
An apple pie and hot sandwich were our choice for the lunch. Hakodate milk was also nice to have for a light meal. The cafe also had a tough time after the pandemic of covid-19, I thought.
A glass of Hakodate milk was so tasty and refreshing. But we Japanese do not have enough ferment in our organ to digest the sugar of the milk of two glasses or more, so one glass is the limit to avoid diarrhea.
