St. Patrick's Day in Sapporo２!

Some popular Irish tunes were played on the stage at  the beginning of the opening ceremony of St. Patrick Day. His Excellency Ambassador Kavanagh seemed to be satified with their performance and the first St.Patrick's Day event in Hokkaido.

Celtic music is kind of melancholic and yowl. I think many Irish people had visited this country but mainely not to to settle in.

Ambasador Kavanagh delivered his speech at  the beginning of the opening ceremony. It was so cold and windy for the end of March on that day.
