St. Patrick's Day in Sapporo ３!

Vice Governor of Hokkaido Prefecture Mr.Yasuhiro Tsuji delivered the speech to play up St. Patrick's Day in Sapporo City. He had been a rugger man in his high school age.

Rugby Worldcup 2019 will be held in Japan including Sapporo in coming this year. Team Japan will
grapple with the team Ireland in Tokyo.                                                      

Vice Goernor Tsuji prefers 15 members rugby to seven's rugby. He loves to see the scrum fight and power play. Team Ireland is powerful and strong. We are eager to see the good game of Japan and Ireland.
