We had a dinner to welcome the Hokkaido Smile Ambassador in Hawaii Ms. Reiko t. Rogers when she visited Sapporoin January, 2024. Her hometown is Nagaoka City in Niigata Prefecture.
Yozorano Genghis Khan BBQ in Susukino, the most famous and popular bar-hopping area in the north of Tokyo. I was struck by the variety of the meat served in the restaurant. Each dish had the name plate to show the kind of the meat and part of the sheep's body.
On top of that, a variety of the way of flavoring and seasoning fascinated us so much. Salt-base, miso(fermented soybeans paste), soy sauce and kelp-broth base and other kinds of art can be savored in the restaurant.
