After my wife came back home from the hospital, we resume the pilgrimage to savor various kinds of cuisine in Sapporo. She had been dreaming delicious and fascinating culinary delights during her ercuperation in the hospital. We had Chinese lunch in Toho Meiju Chinese Restaurant in the west district of Sapporo on that day. We were struck by the amount of the fried chicken and its taste. They were so juicy and tasteful.
The size of each fried chicken was as big as my fist. Eight pieces of huge fried chicken were served and we had to take out four of them to our house. We had the rest of the fried chicken for dinner but the ones just from the kitchen of the restaurant were much juicier and more tasteful than the ones we had four hours later.
I was so energized with the huge delicious fried chicken that I jogged around for longer time than usual on the next day. The snowfall at the beginning of March, 2024 made the trees on the premises of Hokkaido University so beautifully with its sticky white flakes in the morning.
