The business trainees working in Mashike Town and chatting with the citizens of the town were from Vietnam, Indonesia and Myanmar. The Japanese language teachers from Sapporo and other cities led the conversation of each group in the event.
To be honest, we have to show the way to create the opportunity to involve many citizens and trainees from overseas and have a chat, exchange the information of themselves but currently we depend on the voluntary activity of the citizens.
A variety of games were used to elicit their interest and motivation in Japanese learning salon. The experts to teach Japanese language to the foreigners work wonders in this event. I hope their expertise would be shared by the citizens of Mashike Town and other municipality. For that, we arrange such meetings again and again.
