The Departure of Mr. Li Ke Qiang, former Prime Minister of China !

The Japanese Diet members whose ridings were in Hokkaido also gathered to send off the Prime Minister of the People's Republic of China at that time, late Mr. Li Ke Qiang at New chitose International Airport in April of 2018.

Mr. Li said good-by and expressed his appreciation to Mr. Shinzo Abe, the Prime Minister of Japan at that time and took the official aircraft of China to go back to Beijing. 

I am not sure if that was their last meeting before Mr. Abe passed away or not but that was so nice opportunity to get to know each other and accumulate their trust.
