When the former Prime Minister of the People's Republic of China late Mr. Li Ke Qiang visited Hokkaido, the Governors' Conference of Japan and China was held in Sapporo.
The official reception for the delegation from China was arranged under the strict security check conducted by Hokkaido Police. After the departure of Mr. Li, the lunch meeting hosted by Hokkaido Government the next day.
On top of that, the private tour to the Rice Factory run by Hokkaido Agricultural Association was arranged and I escorted the delegation composed of the governors of China. The Chief of Staff in the factory kindly explain the current facility and production of rice to the delegation.
