The oustside hot spring spa was also nice to soak the body and relax. Welcome drink was a bottle of local beer brewed in Niseko. This hotel is near the ski lift station of Niseko Hirafu ski course.
As the restaurant was not available for dinner on that day, we went to the restaurant "Kumo" in Hotel Niseko Skye on the upper side of the hillside where we had been so impressed by the delicious cuisine.
We had the mixture of "Aburigakko", smoked and pickled radish, and cream cheese with crisp slices of baguette and dried seaweed as the starter. "Buta no Kakuni" pork blocks boiled with dried and fermented broth and dried sea kelp. Soy sauce worked wonder after that, I think.
