What we ate in Japanese auberge "Ginrinsou"in Otaru City were so delicious and the display on the plate was so sophisticated and tempting. The special lunch in the restaurant was wrapped up with this jewel-like sweet.
At the end of lunch, we slowed down the pace of the serve with the spoon and were remembering the taste of all the dishes. The leaves of mint on the top were so refreshing and waking us up.
The art works in the old mansion of the fleet owner seemed to be so expensive but considering the skill to make them, they might be priceless.Before going to the hot spring spa in the auberge from the restaurant, you can see these old comfy space filled up with beautiful arts.
