It was the first time for me to have lunch in Kabato Seimen in Tsukigata Town near Sapporo City. I had a bowl pof boiled udon noodle soup topped with butter, chopped leek and dried seaweed. It was like carbonara spaghetti with egg sauce. So many people were waiting for their turn to order at the counter in the restaurant like a cottage.
Fried checken, asparagus and peas accompanied with udon noodle soup. Most of the guests were having udon noodle soup at the tables outside of the cottage-like restaurant. Not so many people can eat in the building, so I can not imagine the people eating the udon in the narrow space in the narrow cottage-like building of the restaurant.
