It may be difficult to find this buckwheat noodle restaurant in the Port City Otaru. "Hole-in-the-wall" means such restaurant or shop ? It is prohibited to park the car on the road in front of the restaurant but many visitors seemed to do that.
A narrow and cozy space appeared in front of us. "Aramata" is the name of this buckwheat noodle restaurant. The soup and sauce for the boiled buckwheat noodle seemed to have been made of soy sauce, fermented and dried bonito and some kind of broth. To be brief, it was so delicious !
