We were so honored and happy to have His Excellency Mr. Paul Kavanagh Ambassador of Ireland in Japan. Welcome dinner was arranged for his Excellency in the hotel.

 The top brasses of Engaru Town and Director General of Okhotsk Sub-prefectural Area took part in the dinner.
Culinary delights sourced locally in Engaru Town were on the table.

Everybody was relaxed and enjoying the talk with Ambassador Kavanagh with my interpretation, I think.
The mayor of Engaru Town would announce his plan for the year 2020.
