Arrived in Anchorage, Alaska !

We arrived in Anchorage in the late afternoon on January 31(Thu.). February 1(Fri.) started so calmly but the bright rising sun was the sign of our success.

The President/CEO of APIA, Aleutian Pribilof Islands Associations, Mr. Dimitri Philemonof and other Aleut friends received us so kindly in the morning.

One Ainu lady was the representative of the Indigenous people of Hokkaido and she met an Aleut gentleman who had been taken to Otaru City seventy years ago.
