It has been a year since we visited this ramen noodle soup bar "Shinatora" in Furano City. It explored to the northern end of Hokkaido University but they drew up and can not find it any more. We make a point of having "burnt salt" taste. My wife added grilled pork rice bowl on that day.
We should be careful not to drop the soup on our clothes because the stain made of the soup can not be taken off easily. But the taste is so nice and impressive even though it is too fatty and salty to have every day.
As we expected, they satisfied us so much and made us so happy. We dropped by Furano Marche to have dessert sourced locally and buy some veggies. The ground of Furano City creates quality produces and crops.
