Not all the accommodations have their own hot spring spa in house but the guests who stay in such hotels and condominiums can use the spa of the hotels nearby.
The prices of the real estates got much higher and sky-roketted in some part of Kutchan Town and Niseko. Many owners of the flats in those condominiums are living in overseas. They stay in their own flats mainly in winter season.
This is our favorite Hotel Setsu Niseko. We will stay there again and again in green season as well as Hotel Ki Niseko and Hotel Skye Niseko where many foreign staff are working.
