Japanese bistro "Sapporo Zangi" on the northern side of Sapporo Railway Station is on the opposite side of the building Sapporo EL Plaza. The beers are comparatively cheap and its typical bistro dishes satisfied us so much.
Japanese boiled chitterlings, broth fried egg, fried chicken skin skewered struck us with their taste and texture. Needless to say, the main dish was huge fried chicken. I love to know the recipe of the protagonist in the bistro.
