Before Wuhan Virus from China conquered the world !

I think when I visited Honolulu in December, one brave physician had already alerted about the epidemic of Corona virus of new type in Wuhan but he was arrested by Chinese Communist Party and  punished. 

 If the information of the virus had been announced at that time, Hawaii would have entertained the tourists from all over the world even now.

 The damage was huge and so many innocent people died of Wuhan corona virus from China all over the world. Who are responsible for the pandemic ?
When I jogged around Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head, I did not imagine such situation at all.
