After the exchange of the mementos between the Brazil-Hokkaido Culture and Welfare Association and Hokkaido side, the President of Hokkaido Association of Towns and Villages, the President of Hokkaido Association of City Mayors stood on the stage.

 Even after the start of the ceremony, many people entered the Brazil-Hokkaido Exchange Center to participate to the reception after the ceremony.

 The Mayor of Kitahiroshima City Mr. Masami UENO, Mayor of Shiranuka Town Mr. Takao TANANO, Mayor of Engaru Town Mr. Shuichi SASAKI, Mayor of Abira Town Mr. Shuichiro OIKAWA got on the stage and delivered the congratulatory words.
