Remembering Mr. Seiki ShHINBO !

Before passing away, Mr. Seiki SHINBO was conferred the award from the Governor of Hokkaido Mr. Naomichi SUZUKI for his contribution to strengthen the relationship between Hokkaido and Brazil.

 My able staff and I visited Mr. Shinbo in Abira Town before his death and handed the letter of gratitude from Governor Suzuki. He looked so pleased with the letter and being thanked by the Governor.

The speeches from the representatives of the Hokkaido Delegation cintinued for a while. Everybody in front of them seemed to be eager to touch the cold huge snowman from the backside of this globe.
