Interview of the local TV broadcasting company !

During the speech delivered by the Vice Governor of Hokkaido Mr. Yusuke NAKANO, the Speaker of the Hokkaido Legislative Assembly Mr. Noritoshi MURATA and the Vice Chair of Abira Town Council Mr. Okifumi TAMURA had a chat with the local audience.

 The Mayor of Abira Town Mr. Shuichiro OIKAWA also delivered the speech, mentioning on Mr. Seiki SHINBO who took the initiative to send a huge snowman to Sao Paulo in 2008.

 Listening to the speech, a local reporter of the local TV broadcasting company asked an interview to the Vice Governor of Hokkaido Mr. Nakano.
