Time of Egg !

One of my friends in my hometown Kitami City run a small restaurant where he had grown up during his adolescence with me. At first, he opened a Italian restaurant but he decided to focus on omelet , spaghetti and other side-menu.
 The starter was  minestrone and salad. German potato followed and the main dish of this lunch was, needless to say, authentic omelet with organic tomato sauce.
I would like to drop by the restaurant whenever I go back to my hometown but my short time stay in my hometown do not allow me to do that.
