Egg House in Shiraoi !

Have you tried "Oyako-donburi" before ? First, heat the pan to boil some pieces of chicken thigh, Japanese mushroom, sliced onion with broth made of a variety of materials such as dried and fermented bonito and sea kelp. After those materials are cooked well, pour two fresh raw eggs and put the lid on the pan.   

It is one of my favorite rice bowl. The name of the restaurant is "Tamago-kan" which means "Egg House" in Japanese. It is beside the national route and easy to find. It is run by "Mother Farm" that also runs a huge sweets and fried chicken shop next to this restaurant.
