Dinner in La Vista Mt. Asahidake 2 !

This onion soup was made of the onion called "Sapporo Yellow" produced in Hokkaido. To be honest, as I was born and raised in Kitami City where most of the onions in Japan have been and are produced, I prefer the taste of "Kitami Onion" but anyway, onion is good for our health.
Meuniere of cod with white miso(fermented soy-beanspaste)
was decorated with red and yellow paprika(kind of  bellpepper), Chinese lettuce and green kidney beans. Some spice were sprinkledon the plate.
Nowadays, we sometimes are called "digital bower" as we take photos of the dishes in the restaurants. Focusing on the foods on the dishes is like bowing on the table. That is why.  Some high-end restaurants ban for their customers to take photos in their restaurants. Besides,  I love to eat mashed potato  in La Vista Mt. Asahidake, Daisetsuzan.
