The Honorary Consulate of Lithuania was re-opened in the headquarters office of Fujii Building Company. The CEO of the company was designated as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania like his father was many years ago.

He delivered a speech in front of the office of the Honorary Consulate and the guests invited to the event. The Secretary General to the Governor Mr. Horano gave his congratulatory words for the reopening.

I think that such tape-cutting ceremony is popular in most of the countries on this globe but if not, please tell me. I was so impressed by the strong relationship between Lithuania and Hokkaido.
