What makes us happy !

After raising glass, the starter was served to us. What do you think about the dish. Soup potato topped with green horse radish was accompanied by sliced potato with broth made of kelp and dried and fermented bonito.

To be honest, I felt heartwarming hospitality with the first dish. If I could show my goodwill with some kind of tangible items, I would be so happy in front of my favorite people.

The paste of soup potato absorbed the broth so much  and made us so happy to wrap up the starter. Steamed clams and a slice of red-snapper followed.
