Pickled radish, salty dried Japanese apricot, salty cod roe caslled "Tarako" in Japanese, grilled mackerel, kelp boiled with broth were waiting for us in that morning.
Grilled Patagonian Tooth fish or cod was the protagonist of the breakfast.Fermented soy-beans paste with veggie accompanied.
Boiled soy-beans curd, veggie salad, Japanese fried egg with broth were served so nicely and beautifully. After jogging around in the forest, the cuisine energized us so much with its sophisticated and subtle way.
