The starter that I posted yesterday was a tarte topped with minced and flavored pork produced in the valley around the area.
On the right is the caprese made of the food the veggies, fruits and dairy products sourced locally.
Needless to say, the name of the caprese should be topped with "Mikuni Stayle". We were thinking what was the next?, what was the next?
This is the cold soup of Hokkaido onion topped with sliced green asparagus produced in Biei Town as well as truffe. Can you imagine the taste ?
