Above is the frite of the zucchini flower stuffed with minced prawn landed around Haboro Town and Mozzarella cheese. The green sauce was superb !
It was followed by halibut landed on Port Hakodate and veggies wrapped with a special transparent sheet. The aroma of the dish expanded so nicely when I opened the wrapping sheet. Please imagine the taste and aroma.
The sauce was the mixture and bell pepper. A dish of Hand-made pasta flavored with the sauce made of crab and colorful veggies followed. It was decorated on the stone plate.
