I explained the change of the working system in Japan and how the highly skilled workers in India would be able to seek for their successful career in Hokkaido. We have to make the most of their talent and enthusiasm.
But at the same time, we have to understand their strong bond with their family and relatives. I heard that approximately forty percent of the graduates from universities in India tend to miss the chance to land jobs they want to seek for.
After the mission of our second day in Delhi, India, I enjoyed the reunion with my old friend who were working in Delhi. I learned that face-to-face real meeting is valued in India and it would take significant time to establish a stable relationship with Indian people.
