Hokkaido Delegation from Hokkaido had a meeting with the students of Faculty of Social Science in University of Delhi. They spoke fluent Japanese and talked their future plan in India and Japan.
They learned Japanese language but they wanted to seek for their careers in near their family in India if possible. I learned a variety of tips to recruit the top talents in India.
I explained about the system of Technical Internship Trainees Program and Specified Skilled Workers in Japan. Well-educated graduates in India don't need such information but they may be able to make the most of the system to make their future rosy, I thought.
