We Hokkaido Prefectural Government and the Hokkaido Board of Education really appreciate the hospitality and the attractive program shown by Principal Sheets and Mr. Smith in Waipahu High School.
Hokkaido Board of Education has a program to send the high school students in Hokkaido to Hawaii. The students are from a variety of high schools in Hokkaido. Basically, the high schools in the USA make a point of establish a sister-school affiliation for exchanging students each other.
But this high school kindly receive the students from Hokkaido without such bilateral relationship.
