The season of sushi-grade quality fresh sea urchin has come in June. We make a point of savor enough this cold sea-urchin spaghetti in summer every year.
As the sea-urchin eats sea kelp, the season of this kind of quality sea urchin is very short.
We also make a point of having "Pizza Quatro Fromage" in our favorite Italian ristorante " Mia Angela" on the 8th floor of Daimaru Department Store. A cup of honey accompanied with the dish but I did not use it. My wife did.
