by Kazu

The Minister of Embassy of New Zealand in Japan at that time, incumbent Ambassador of New Zealand in Philippenes His Excellency Mr. Peter Kell and his staff raised a glass with their counterparts in Hokkaido Prefectural Government and Hokkaido Board of Education a few years ago.

As you know, New Zealand has their own national rugby team "All Blacks" . So we can learn a lot from New Zealand in a variety of area such as coaching in rugby, English language learning in sport games, effective and efficient way to run ranches and to sell dairy products.

Of course, we should take in their way to promote the culture of the indigenous people Maori, in order to make the most of the one of the indigenous people in Hokkaido Ainu. We have to genetically fertilize sheep raised in Hokkaido to compete in the world market. Our backlogs on this area are piled up.
