Hokkaido-New Zealand Relationship !

The Charges d'Affaires of New Zealand Mr. Peter Kell and his successor Minister Mr. Doiminic  France paid a courtesy call on Vice Governor of Hokkaido Mr. Tsuchiya.

Mr. Kell and Mr. Tsuchiya encountered years ago when Mr. Tsuchiya was Director General for Agriculture. Mr. Kell offered Mr. Tsuchiya a joint project to prevail the effective dairy farming in Hokkaido.
