Hokkaido-Albeta- Heilongjiang !

As you may know, Hokkaido has a sister-state affiliation with the province of Alberta, Canada. It was established in 1980.
 In the year of 2015, we celebrated the 35 anniversary of our relationship. In 2016, a delegation from our sister-state visited Sapporo.
 Why the delegation from Alberta visited Hokkaido the next year of the anniversary year ?  Welcome reception was held after their arrival.
