The Inn of Lamp , Lamp no Yado in Tsubetsu !

This is the way from the parking lot to the lookout on the hill beside Bihoro Pass. The fertile plain of eastern part of Hokkaido can be seen from the lookout as well.

 I am not sure how many years ago the crater was made but even now the signs of active volcano are here and there around the lake.

After strolling around the lookout, we headed to the hotel in Tsubetsu.  The name was "Lamp no Yado" which means the Inn of Lamp
