Lamp-no Yado which means Inn of Lamp was established and run by the municipality of Tsubetsu. The design is so nice and the circumstance is amazing.
Woodpeckers, Japanese Wagtails and other kinds of wild birds visit the feeding table that can be seen through the window facing the rotunda where comfy chairs are placed.
This is the entrance hall of the inn. Many products and souvenirs of the region were displayed and sold. It is near Lake Kussharo but you can go over Tsubetsu Pass to reach the inn from the lakeside. The URL of the inn is
