The Ramen Festival in Sapporo 2025 was held in Ohdohri Park and many famous and popular Ramen noodle soup restaurants in Japan got together in Sapporo.
The Ramen Festival selected so nice and popular Ramen restaurants from all over Japan and provided a variety tastes of Ramen noodle soup in the park.
As I familiar with Sapporo Ramen, particularly, Sumire Ramen restaurant in Sapporo, I chose the collaboration restaurant featuring thick chicken broth- based Ramen on that day.
