The old man-power taxi called "Jinrikisha" was displayed in the former building of Urakawa Branch Office of Hokkaido Prefecture. The chest desk that had been used in the branch office was also displayed in the building.
The office of the Director General for Urakawa Sub-prefecture was recreated with the original furniture and drawings on the wall. The textile on the table seemed to have aged and lost the original vivid color.
The old Japanese traditional lanterns, occidental lamps, portable lanterns were put on the floor. When the Japanese economy flourished, the historical village was developed.
