The skyline of Daisetsu Mountainous Area could be seen from the riverside of Chuubetsu River.
Reflecting sunshine, the peaks of the mountains were colored orange or pink. I stopped by the sidewalk of the bridge and gazed at the skyline on the horizon.
Mt. Asahidake colored pale pink with the weak sunshine from the west could be seen on my way of jogging around Kagura area in the outskirts of Asahikawa City. It's been more than a year since I stayed in our favorite La Vista Asahidake on the hillside of the mountain. We love the hotel and have stayed many times but it may be fully booked by the in bound tourists nowadays.
