Hokkaido Prefectural Government conducted the Send-off Ceremony for the youths who would go abroad to learn the state-of-the-art technology, practices, and the way of visual expressions in order to pursue their happiness and to contribute to the further developments of Hokkaido.
This foundation was established several years ago but the goodwill of the citizens amounted to 80 million Japanese Yen as of July, 2023 and approximately 20 million Japanese Yen will be allocated for these youths this year.
