The buckwheat noodle and wine auberge "Naritaya" in the Fruit Town Niki" requires the customers to reserve the necessary amount of the buckwheat noodle beforehand because the total amount of the noodle is limited every day. I reserved three serves of noodle on that day.
Our choice was ;
Cold buckwheat noodle topped with boiled sliced pork,
Cold buckwheat noodle with hot soup of grilled duck meat and leek
Plain cold buckwheat noodle.
The auberge is open from 10:30 in the morning. I placed a phone call at around 9:00 am and get the call back from the auberge at around 10:00. What a sincere response I had from there !
