The memorial reception to celebrate the Fifth Anniversary of the Sister-state Affiliation got started with the welcome note delivered by the Governor of Hokkaido Naomichi Suzuki in the International Annex Building of Prince Hotel Sapporo.
The Governor of the State of Hawaii David Yutaka IGE responded showing his delight to visit Hokkaido for the first time. The ball room was filled up kind of enthusiasm of the delegation from Hawaii and the Hawaii lovers in Hokkaido.
Every participant seemed so happy and delighted with the reunion of old friends. The beneficial exchange that was frozen will restart after the pandemic of covid-19. We are so looking forward to the actual reciprocal move between the ergions.
